Ethical conduct and professionalism underpin these competencies, guiding teachers in their responsibilities to nurture student growth and well-being. Ultimately, professional competence equips teachers to empower students, fostering a love for learning and preparing them for success in an ever-evolving world.

Furthermore, professional competence necessitates a proactive approach to addressing the unique needs of individual learners.
