The Faculty of Commerce and Management is committed to nurturing academic excellence and holistic professional development. It offers a dynamic blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure across disciplines such as finance, accounting, corporate law, human resource management, marketing, economics, organizational behavior, and information technology. With a focus on experiential learning, the faculty integrates fieldwork, case studies, research projects, workshops, and industrial visits into its pedagogy. Students are equipped with strong analytical and communication skills, ethical values, and an understanding of business and societal responsibilities. Through expert interactions, hands-on training, and interdisciplinary approaches, the faculty prepares students to thrive in competitive corporate environments and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development.
Digital technologies have reshaped how we conduct business, deliver education, manage institutions, and govern societies. This conference presents a cross-sectoral framework that examines the integration of ECommerce, E-Management, E-Learning, and E-Governance as a unified approach to achieving sustainable development. It explores how the synergy of these domains can accelerate inclusive growth, bridge digital divides, and support environmental and social sustainability. By highlighting practical examples, emerging trends, and institutional innovations, this conference will provide a comprehensive understanding of how interconnected digital systems can be leveraged for positive societal impact. IC4Es will explore the interdependencies between these four domains and their collective potential to drive progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It delves into the effectiveness of digital strategies across different sectors and geographic contexts, identifying successful initiatives as well as barriers to integration. In doing so, it seeks to offer a practical and strategic roadmap for stakeholders seeking to harness the full potential of digital transformation.
