Six sigma enables organizations to improve their process. Six sigma helps to increase profits and required quality as well as desired quality. Six sigma gives tools and techniques to determine what makes the manufacturing process slow down, improve the process, reduce the time, and reduce the different types of defects and variability experienced by a process in an organization. Most of the companies, organizations and industries are working on the six sigma basics. The role and importance of Six sigma is increasing vary rapidly. Six sigma has seen worldwide adaption.
