A color scheme is a fusion of two or more colors used in design for aesthetic purposes. These combinations are often created using principles derived from the color wheel. In simple terms, the color wheel comprises three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow. Mixing these primaries produces secondary colors, and further combinations yield tertiary colors. These colors are placed in form of wheel in a way that by connecting some colors logically it can be used for creating aesthetic feeling of style and appeal.

There are different types of color schemes Monochromatic (using one color), analogous (using colors close to each other), and complementary (using colors opposite each other) and many which can be used for making combination for Styling and designing cloths, interior design, graphics and much more.

An iconic example showcasing the effectiveness of a complementary color scheme is Vincent Van Gogh’s renowned painting, “Café Terrace at Night.” In this masterpiece, Van Gogh expertly blended shades of yellow and blue, accentuated by hints of green and red-brown, to depict a vibrant nocturnal scene without resorting to black. This artwork vividly demonstrates the transformative power of colors in creating visually stunning compositions.”
