For instance, glucose biosensors have transformed the management of diabetes by enabling patients to reliably and continuously monitor their blood glucose levels. Similar to this, biomarker-based biosensors support fast intervention and individualised treatment plans by assisting in the early diagnosis of infectious infections, heart problems, and cancer.
