Job Profile

Implement an organization’s business strategy
Oversee, design and redesign, execute and control operations that convert resources into desired goods and services
Manage the production and delivery of products and services
Oversee all resources such as materials, equipment and technology and also human resource such as staff or workers that make up the operations function
Take responsibility for procurement (acquiring goods or services from external sources)
Are responsible for supply chain management
Manage logistics to improve the company’s sustainability with regard to its use of resources
Ensure cost effectiveness in all processes
Manage all levels of workers involved in different processes

Salary/Package

The average salary that a business manager gets is somewhere between Rs 3 to 14.75 lakh p.a. and sometimes above that, depending upon the experience. The salaries may also vary based on skills, roles, location, etc.
