Personnel administration is a department playing a very important role in running any institution/Organization, which recruits worker or officer interested in the same field and the necessary training to run that institution and the position in which it is held.  Keeps an eye on whether the officers or worker are being appointed properly as per their responsibilities.

Running any institution/organization, maintaining an environment of good governance, feeling of loyalty, maintaining experience and quality is the work of Personnel Administration.

According to the rules, keeping all the things in mind, proper development of human and institution/organization and maintaining unity in diversity, so that the morale of the officers and worker working in the institution/organization remains and the organization/institution runs smoothly, this is the main objective of Personnel Administration.
