Two doctors of city assigned to attend Prime Minister during transit visit of Bastar.

In a bid to attend Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi during any medical emergency situation, two doctors from Government Hospitals of state capital have been deputed at Bastar Airport on Monday.
According to information received from official communique dated 5 May 2024 Dean of late Shri Balram Kashyap Memorial Medical College, Dhimrapal Jagdalpur a requisition letter in this regard was mailed to Director Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur on 4th May 2024. It was informed that on 6th of May 2024, PM Modi will be on transit visit of Bastar. He will be landing at Maa Danteshwari Airport, Bastar to change helicopter. He will depart for Andhra Pradesh from Bastar airport.
The doctors who are have been assigned for the visit are Dr Krishnakant Sahu, Cardio Thorecic Surgeon posted at Cardio Thorecic department of Dr B R Ambedkar Memorial Hospital and Dr Manish Tawari, Neurosurgeon posted at Dau Kalyan Singh (DKS) Superspeciality Hospital Raipur.
