Mathematics is a systematic application of matter. Because the subject makes a man systematic. To keep our life orderly mathematics plays an important role. Some virtues that are raised by mathematics are power of creativity, reasoning, decisive thinking, problem-solving ability.

Mathematics is the support of all creations, without mathematics world cannot move. Farmer, shopkeeper, doctor, engineer, scientist, carpenter, mechanic for everyone’s life mathematics plays an important role.

There are immeasurable examples of mathematics. For example, snails make their shells, spiders design their webs. Everyone can be a mathematician with a proper training and guidance. Effective teaching and good curriculum of mathematics is helpful in learning of the subject.

Learning mathematics will be made simple and enjoyable if we include mathematical activities and games in our curriculum. Puzzles give confidence, focus and open-minded thoughts among youngsters and it will develop their thinking ability towards mathematics. From the stage of primary classes onwards the children should lay on development of clear concept in mathematics.

Teacher should play a major to create an interest towards mathematics. If a teacher fails, then the child will develop a phobia for the subject as he moves on to the higher classes. Teacher should explain the mathematical concepts with the help of modern audio, video visuals, sketches, diagrams, etc. The process of learning will complete if our sense of hearing is accompanied by our sense of sight. For answering the questions teacher should give open-ended questions to children and child should be encouraged to think about the solutions in all possible methods. For every correct answer child should be encouraged. Without any criticism mistakes should be corrected.

Lack of practice will be the furthermost struggle in the process of learning. From different areas of mathematics child should daily work out some problems in order to master the concept and develop speed and accuracy in solving a problem. In lower classes, child should be encouraged addition, multiplication, etc., Peer-teaching is the very effective means of spreading the knowledge of mathematics among children. If child has understood the concept from his teacher, then should ask him/her to explain the same to associate students. Furthermore, in the process children can express their doubts and clear the doubts through discussions.

If we are more mathematical then the chances of success will be more. It will give rationality to our ideas. To make our life easier mathematics is a best tool. Everyone should recognize and be grateful for the beauty of mathematics and embrace it with all our heart. It is a talent which should be reluctantly honed by all in every walk of life.
