Women Empowerment is the process of increasing the social, economic, and political strength of women in society. It is about creating an environment where women can take control of their lives, make decisions and have equal opportunities and rights.

In today’s society, women’s empowerment has become a critical issue due to various factors such as gender discrimination, unequal pay, lack of education, and inadequate representation in decision-making processes. Women have made remarkable progress in breaking the glass ceiling and shattering the gender gap, but there is still a long way to go.

Governments, organizations, and individuals are working towards unleashing the full potential of women and creating a more equitable and just world. The following are some of the ways women empowerment is taking place in today’s society:
